Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem tip with a small, sharp knife, and wipe the cap with a damp cloth. ≈ 8 min
- Using the same knife, remove the stem from each mushroom and keep the cap. ≈ 3 min
- In a bowl, combine the oil paint, garlic, parsley, and ham. ≈ 4 min
- Using a spoon, fill the hats with this mixture. ≈ 10 min
- Place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 5 minutes.
- If you wish, place an egg on top of each mushroom. ≈ 3 min
