Directions
- We bring 2 to 3 litres of salted water to a boil.
- Meanwhile, we chop one onion and grate the carrot. ≈ 3 min

- We prepare the meat mixture by adding finely chopped onion, an egg, black pepper, salt, and one-third of the cooked rice to the ground meat. ≈ 3 min
- We form small balls with the mixture, coat them in flour, and then cook them in boiling water after the onions and carrots have been cooked.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, add the rice (rinsed), the diced apples, and the tomato puree. ≈ 3 min
- Once the soup is ready, finely chopped parsley is added, and it is thickened with beaten eggs and yogurt.
