Directions

  1. The fish is cleaned, rinsed, cut into appropriately sized pieces, seasoned with salt, and set aside. ≈ 2 min
  2. In another pot, the cleaned-up argument is brought back to life. ≈ 3 min
  3. Once the broth begins to turn a yellowish color, flour is added. The mixture is cooked for a few minutes to form a kind of paste, then wine is added.
  4. Then, we add the bay leaf and the garlic. ≈ 3 min
  5. After about 15 minutes of cooking, the fish is added, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cooked until it is done.
  6. We remove the cloves of Allium sativum and serve them hot. ≈ 3 min

  • 100 ml of oil paint
  • 20-25 arpagic
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Two glasses of wine
  • A bay leaf
  • Fresh, chopped parsley
  • salt, pepper
