Directions
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. ≈ 2 min

- To ensure an even distribution of flavors, it is recommended to distribute these ingredients gradually over each layer of vegetables placed in the jar. ≈ 3 min
- Most of the seals are intended for use at the end, and they are used to seal the top of the bottle. ≈ 2 min
- We pour water over all the vegetables to ensure they are completely covered (it’s important not to leave any part of the vegetables exposed to air). ≈ 3 min
- You can use hot water, or even boiling water.

- We place the cucumbers on a shelf exposed to direct sunlight and wait. ≈ 3 min
