Directions
- Heat the almonds at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, just enough to give them a slight golden color.
- Soak the almonds in 200 ml of water for about 30 minutes.
- Add almonds and almond milk to the milk, then mix everything together. ≈ 4 min
- Strain the almond and milk mixture. ≈ 2 min
- Add the sugar to the solution and heat it over medium heat. ≈ 3 min
- Once the liquid is heated, we remove the pot from the heat and add the pre-soaked gelatin powder, stirring constantly until the powder is completely dissolved. ≈ 3 min
- We place the container on ice and stir it to allow it to thicken slightly.
- Add the slightly thickened cream to the liquid and mix well.
- I gently pour the dough into the mold and place it in the refrigerator for an hour or more, until it is firm enough.
- If glass containers, such as glasses, are used, they are decorated after being filled with sliced or molded fruit. ≈ 2 min
