Directions
- Use a heat-resistant dish. ≈ 3 min
- Place the fish pieces inside, with the skin-side down (the skin can be removed if necessary), and sprinkle with salt. ≈ 2 min
- Next, cover the fish with cling film and place it in the preheated oven at 225 °C for 30 to 40 minutes.
- It can be served with, for example, crispy bacon and melted pork fat, new potatoes, mustard, and a puree of green peas, but there are many variations when it comes to accompaniments. ≈ 2 min
