Directions

  1. For the dough: ≈ 3 min
  2. Whip the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. ≈ 4 min
  3. Add the egg yolks and mix again. ≈ 4 min
  4. Alternatively, add the wheat flour, coconut milk, and milk. ≈ 3 min
  5. Finally, add the yeast and mix well until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 3 min
  6. Preheat the oven to a medium temperature for 25 minutes.
  7. Place the dough in a greased and floured baking dish. ≈ 3 min
  8. After baking, remove the cake and, while it is still warm, add the filling. ≈ 3 min
  9. Use a fork to poke the cake, allowing the filling to penetrate it properly. ≈ 3 min
  10. For the cover: ≈ 3 min

  12. Add the coconut milk and mix well for 2 minutes.
  13. Remove from the heat and spread evenly over the cake. ≈ 3 min

Before you start

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups (of flour) of wheat flour
  • 4 cups (of sugar)
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 bottle of coconut milk
  • 1 cup (of tea) of milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon (approximately 15 ml) of Royal powder
  • Whip the whites until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
  • Whip the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks and mix again.
  • Alternatively, add the wheat flour, coconut milk, and milk. Finally, add the yeast, mixing well until a smooth dough forms.
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the dough.
  • Preheat the oven to a medium temperature for 25 minutes. Place the dough in a greased and floured baking pan.
  • After baking, remove the cake and, while it is still warm, add the filling. Use a fork to poke holes in the cake so that the filling can penetrate properly.
  • 2 cups (of sugar)
  • 1 cup (of tea) of water
  • 100 g of shredded coconut
  • Heat the sugar and water until the mixture begins to boil and thickens into a jam.
  • Add the coconut milk, stirring well for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the heat and pour over the cake.

The screen stays on while cooking mode is open.
