Directions

  1. First, remove the skin from the coconuts and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
  2. Next, chop the slices using a mortar and pestle, reducing them to small pieces.
  3. Heat some oil paint in a pot, then add mustard seeds and dried chili peppers.
  4. Once the fried rice is cooked, add it to a pan.
  5. Mix everything together with a pinch of salt and turmeric, then cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Now, pour the appropriate amount of water into the pot, cover it, and cook until the rice is tender.
  7. Once the rice is cooked, remove the lid and add honey or sugar. ≈ 3 min
  8. Continue to stir over medium heat, so that the sugar melts and mixes with the rice. ≈ 4 min
  9. Once the mixture has thickened and become smooth, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
