Directions
- Slice the onions into long, thin strips and sauté them in the oil until softened.
- Add the chopped, peeled tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped peppers, which are 3 cm long and 0.5 cm wide, to the dish. ≈ 3 min
- Add the chopped carrots to the food processor or chop them like the peppers. They can be slightly thinner than the peppers, but it’s best to avoid this, as it will ensure even cooking. ≈ 3 min
- Season with salt and black pepper, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
