Directions
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and rinse them under cold water. ≈ 8 min
- Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil, then add the apples.
- Five minutes after the water begins to boil, add the broccoli.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the vegetables using a skimmer, and spread them out on a plate. ≈ 4 min
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic when it is hot.
- Once the garlic has turned a deep color, spread it over the vegetables. ≈ 3 min
- Collect the remaining liquid under the plate and pour it back over the vegetables. ≈ 3 min
