Directions

  1. Soak the salted fish in hot water, rinse thoroughly, and drain.
  2. Fry the potatoes in hot oil until they are half-cooked.
  3. Continue to add the ground spices one at a time until they are fragrant, then add the whole hot peppers and cook until they soften.
  4. Add the salted fish, add enough water, sugar, and cook until the water reduces.
