Directions
- Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of lukewarm milk and let it rest in a warm place for about 10 to 15 minutes, to allow the dough to develop.
- Add the yeast and milk to the flour mixture, then add the ground apples and oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough, adding milk and salt. ≈ 10 min
- After preparing the dough, cover it and let it rest for about 1 hour to allow it to rise.
- Next, seal the dough one last time. ≈ 3 min
- Use your fingers to form small, thin pancakes from the dough. ≈ 10 min
- Cook them in hot oil, turning them frequently to achieve a golden color.
- The langos are served hot, accompanied by sour cream, garlic sauce, or grated cheese. ≈ 2 min
