Directions
- Wash the radicchio leaves, rinse them in warm water, dry them, and then cut them into strips. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the kumquats in hot water, dry them, then cut them into thin slices, removing the seeds. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the kiwifruit and cut them into 3mm thick slices. Dice the cheese. ≈ 8 min
- Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare the dressing by combining the lemon juice, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper, then gradually add the oil while whisking. ≈ 2 min
- Pour the sauce over the salad and gently mix before serving. ≈ 4 min
