Directions
- Wash, peel, and chop the kohlrabi into small pieces or slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour some oil into a saucepan, heat, add the kohlrabi and onion, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the flour, mix well, and pour in 1.5 liters of hot water.
- Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, until the kohlrabi is tender. Season with salt, pepper, and add some dried herbs.
- Once the soup is cooked, add the sour cream mixed with the egg yolk, stir, remove from the heat, and serve. ≈ 4 min
