Directions
- The meatballs are prepared, then formed into balls using flour. ≈ 10 min
- We are boiling some salt water.
- The meatballs should be cooked for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Next, we add the potatoes and carrots, and cook them for about 15 minutes.
- “Chirpan meatballs” are similar to grilled meatballs.
- Remove the peppers, onion, and garlic from the heat and return them to the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Once they are nicely tender, we add the flour and immediately after, the paprika. ≈ 3 min
- Combine and add the grated tomatoes. ≈ 3 min
- Let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour all in the pot and let it simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- If necessary, we add spices to taste. ≈ 3 min
- Before removing the vegetables from the heat, we sprinkle them with parsley. ≈ 3 min
