Directions
- Wash the apricots, cut them into pieces, remove the pits, finely chop, and weigh 700g. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the raspberries, remove the berries from the stems, and weigh 300g. ≈ 2 min
- Mix the fruits together and add a sugar-Gemfix mixture in a 3:1 ratio. ≈ 4 min
- Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Continue to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- For one minute, then remove the pot from the heat. ≈ 3 min
- Immediately fill the jars to the brim, close them with the lids, turn them upside down, and leave them like that for about 5 minutes.
- No need to add anything. ≈ 3 min
- Note: If you prepare the jam or preserve in this way, you can store it for up to 2 years. ≈ 3 min
