Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough thoroughly. ≈ 10 min

- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, or even overnight, then spread the dough on a floured baking sheet, about 6 to 8 mm thick.

- Then, allow to cool completely.

- Use a cookie cutter to shape the biscuits and then fry them in a lightly oiled or buttered pan over medium heat for at least 1 to several minutes on each side.
