Directions
- Melt the granulated sugar with 250 ml of water in a saucepan.
- Add the ground cinnamon and spices, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the sugar paste to remove any granulated sugar particles. ≈ 3 min
- Allow to cool before using.
