- Cut the coconut or mango in half, then remove the seeds (only take the flesh of the fruit). ≈ 8 min
- Combine the flour, eggs, sugar, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Gradually add water, while constantly mixing, until you achieve a thick paste. ≈ 3 min
- Add pieces of mango or passion fruit to the cake batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed across the entire surface. ≈ 3 min
- Heat some oil paint in a pan.
- Take the flour-coated dough balls and fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown and cooked through evenly.
- Remove them and drain them. ≈ 2 min
