Directions
- Allow the pickles to drain well, then cut the sausage, pickles, and bell pepper (without the seeds and core) into thin strips (about 5x5 mm) and mix them in a bowl, leaving them slightly separated. ≈ 8 min
- Season with pepper and lemon juice. ≈ 2 min
- Salt is not necessary, especially because of the sausage, and pickles are generally not needed. ≈ 3 min
- In 4 of the 5 cocktail glasses, place a beautiful lettuce leaf. ≈ 3 min
- Next, pour the cocktail mixture into the glasses. ≈ 3 min
- Keep the cutlery in the refrigerator until it’s time to serve.
- Combine the sour cream and mayonnaise to create a smooth sauce, then season it with tomato sauce, paprika, chopped parsley, and optionally, lemon juice and pepper. ≈ 4 min
- Store the sauce in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Just before serving, add a portion of this sauce to the cocktails, and garnish them with a pinch of pepper, a sprig of parsley, and a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass. ≈ 10 min
