Directions
- Roughly crush the peppercorns in a mortar. ≈ 4 min
- Finely chop the Allium ascalonicum. ≈ 8 min
- Slowly melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Return the pepper to the melted butter and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the Allium ascalonicum and continue cooking until they are tender. ≈ 3 min
- Add cinnamon and reduce the heat to low.
- Add broth and reduce until it has reached 50% of its original volume.
- Add heavy cream and cook until you reach the desired consistency.
- Season the sauce with salt. ≈ 2 min
