Directions
Classic hummus
- Rinse the chickpeas and drain them thoroughly. ≈ 2 min
- Combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor. ≈ 4 min
- Add the olive oil and salt, then mix again until you achieve a smooth texture. ≈ 4 min
- Add a little water at a time to adjust the consistency to your liking. ≈ 3 min
- Adjust the seasoning and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving. ≈ 2 min
Roasted pepper hummus
- Finely chop the roasted pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Add the pepper and cumin to the classic hummus and mix well. ≈ 4 min
avocado hummus
- Mash the avocado and mix it with the other guacamole ingredients. ≈ 4 min
- Add the avocado and guacamole to the classic hummus and mix well. ≈ 4 min
Hummus with grilled vegetables and chicken
- Cut the grilled vegetables into small pieces and shred the grilled chicken.
- Prepare a classic hummus in a bowl and top it with grilled vegetables and chicken.
