Directions

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover the pot.
  4. The next day, strain through a fine cloth and add the olive oil. ≈ 3 min

  6. Use after the first week, keeping the bottle in a dark and dry place. ≈ 3 min
