Directions
- Heat the oil paint in a medium-sized container.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and paprika. ≈ 3 min
- Well mixed. ≈ 4 min
- Add some chili pepper, 1/2 cup of water, and tomato puree. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes*.
- Add the remaining water and the fish when they are cooked. ≈ 3 min
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
