Directions
- Slice the new onions thinly. ≈ 8 min
- Melt the butter, add the flour, deglaze with the broth, then add the cream and mustard, stirring constantly. Season generously.
- Peel the apples, cut them into slices, and fry them in clarified butter until they are crispy.
- Cut the fish into large pieces, season with salt and pepper, lightly dust with flour, and then coat it in the same way.
- Combine the fish, apples, and onions, and continue cooking for a short time. ≈ 4 min
- Serve with a mustard sauce, and garnish with fresh dill and freshly ground pepper. ≈ 2 min
