Directions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. ≈ 8 min
- Cut the avocado by slicing through the flesh, without cutting through the skin. ≈ 8 min
- Remove the flesh from one part of the mango using a large spoon and place it in a food processor. ≈ 4 min
- Add lemon juice and mix until the avocado is evenly coated. ≈ 4 min
- Add the pico de gallo, garlic, oil paint, jalapeño pepper, salt, red pepper, and black pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Thoroughly mash and mix the avocado pieces until they are evenly incorporated. ≈ 4 min
- Remove any remaining avocado pieces and gently mix until they are well incorporated into the larger pieces. ≈ 4 min
- The guacamole has the ideal consistency when the proportion of large pieces is greater than that of finely chopped pieces. ≈ 3 min
- Garnish with a sprig of cilantro. ≈ 2 min
