Directions
- Peel the apples and dice them. Dice the onion and mix it with the diced apples. Optionally, add peeled and diced apples. ≈ 8 min
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and tarragon (or basil). Pour the dressing over the sliced apples and mix well. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
