Directions
- Heat some oil in a pot. Add dried chili peppers, black pepper, and ginger paste.
- Once the spices have released their aroma, add the ground apples. ≈ 3 min
- Mix for 2 minutes, then cover.
- Stir occasionally. ≈ 4 min
- Cook the apples until they are halfway cooked.
- Then, add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Next, add color (yellow), parsley, chili pepper, and salt to taste, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Continue to cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the apples in this way until they are tender.
- Finally, add the hot pepper, spices, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Serve with rice, bread, or tortillas. ≈ 2 min
