Directions
- Cut the mangoes into pieces and blend them into a smooth puree. ≈ 8 min
- Remove the seeds from the green chili pepper and finely chop it. ≈ 8 min
- Combine all the ingredients with the water, except for the agar-agar, then filter through a sieve. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the agar-agar with the filtered liquid and bring the mixture to a boil over heat.
- As soon as the first bubbles appear, turn off the heat.
- Pour: Pour the liquid into pudding molds and let it cool at room temperature.
- Then, place it in the refrigerator to set.
- Once the pudding has cooled completely and set, cut it into desired portions and serve. ≈ 8 min
