Directions
- Rinse the beans. Peel the onions and dice them, as well as the bacon. Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bacon until it is crispy. Add the onions and cook until softened.
- Deglaze with a little water and vinegar, then add the powdered broth.
- Combine the beans and parsley with this marinade in a large bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cover and let rest for about 1 hour. Before serving, adjust the seasoning with sugar, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
