Directions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly, then dry them carefully. ≈ 2 min
  2. Heat the oil paint in a pan and crush the mustard seeds.
  3. Add the dried chili peppers and curry leaves, then proceed.
  4. Add the turmeric, chili powder, and asafoetida, and bring back to a simmer.
  5. Immediately add the grapes and salt, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
  6. If you wish, add the vinegar, stir for a moment, and remove from the heat. ≈ 4 min
  7. Let it cool completely, then store it in a clean glass jar.
