Gazpacho is a traditional cold soup from southern Spain and Portugal. It is made with raw ingredients and is also known as “Andalusian gazpacho”.

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion and the garlic cloves. ≈ 8 min
  2. Finely chop the tomatoes, chili peppers, and cucumber. ≈ 8 min
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
  4. Add a pinch of salt and a bay leaf (either white or red). ≈ 3 min
  5. Mix everything together until you achieve a smooth consistency. ≈ 4 min
  6. Serve immediately, and preferably chilled in the refrigerator.
  7. To achieve a thicker texture, you can add some hard bread that has been soaked in water. ≈ 3 min
  8. You can adjust the consistency by adding more or less water. ≈ 3 min

  • Half an onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A pinch of salt
  • Half a glass of white wine
  • 1 clove of red wine
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3 hot peppers
  • Half a cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • Some bread
