Waste, the farmers' soup
A hearty Oca soup, rich in vegetables and meat, is a traditional dish from the south of France.

Directions
- Chop the vegetables and cut them into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the garlic and the parsley. ≈ 8 min
- Pour start, pour a pot and heat the water, then add the vegetables, garlic, and parsley.
- Let it simmer for approximately 30 minutes in a special pot (or 1 hour in a regular pot).
- Remove the cooked turkey from the packaging and add it to the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Let it simmer for another 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Adjust the salt level as needed. ≈ 3 min
- Add the bread slices and serve. ≈ 2 min
- The consistency should be quite thick; traditionally, it is said that a spoon should be able to be inserted vertically through the center of the pot or pan. ≈ 3 min
