- The eggs and powdered sugar are mixed until a smooth, even consistency is achieved, without forming any foam. ≈ 3 min

- The cakes are baked in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius.

- The chocolate, cream, and sugar are added over low heat and heated until they begin to simmer, while constantly stirring, until the chocolate is completely melted.
- The cream is cooled in a water bath, while continuing to be mixed until it reaches a creamy consistency and a dark brown color, resembling butter.
