Directions
- Sear the venison in pieces over high heat.
- Gild small portions at a time, placing them in a dish.
- Clean and cut the pumpkin into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Place it in the pot and add water. ≈ 3 min
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Clean and trim the mushroom before lightly sautéing it in a pan, then add it to the pot.
- Combine the cream, milk, and wheat flour, then pour everything into the pot along with the juniper berries and cranberry juice. ≈ 4 min
- Simmer and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
