- Pour the coconut milk into a pot placed on the stovetop/oven.
- The coconut milk is then mixed with granulated sugar or palm sugar. ≈ 3 min

- The sticky rice flour is then mixed with coconut milk until a thick consistency is achieved. ≈ 3 min
- The sticky rice paste, which is already thick, is then mixed with palm sugar, which is also quite thick. ≈ 3 min
- Once all the ingredients are well mixed, continue to stir over a lit stove or cooking fire until the mixture thickens to a firm consistency. ≈ 4 min
- Once the mixture has reached a firm consistency, transfer it to a pan or mold. ≈ 3 min
- Wait a few moments until the temperature drops, then you can sprinkle with shredded coconut. ≈ 2 min
