This is a popular dish in Thailand, often served with rice. It is also known as Ginger Chicken.

Directions

  1. Add sliced onions and jalapeño peppers to the oil paint, using a medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breast, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the mushrooms, Kinois watercress, and mayonnaise. Simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Next, mix in the oyster sauce and add the ginger slices and finely chopped onion. Turn off the heat after 1 minute.

  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil paint
  • 1/2 chicken breast (sliced thinly)
  • 2/3 dl of ginger (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 200 ml of fresh mushrooms (sliced thinly)
  • 1 bunch of Kinois watercress (cut into 2-5 cm slices)
  • 1 dl of mayonnaise
  • 2-8 hot peppers, jalapenos (depending on desired level of spiciness)
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
