Directions
- Clean the frogs (remove the head, scales, and guts), rinse them under running water, and dry them with a dishcloth. ≈ 8 min
- Finely mince the cloves of Allium sativum by removing the central part and chopping the outer layers. ≈ 8 min
- Carefully remove the garlic bulb without causing it to brown. ≈ 3 min
- Turn on the fire, and quickly return the frogs to the fat to cook.
- Marinate and coat with white wine. ≈ 4 min
- Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
- Moisturize with the juice of 2 lemons. ≈ 3 min
- Discover and zoom in accurately. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over low heat, add the parsley, turn off the heat and let it rest, covered, for 10 minutes.
