Directions

  1. Dredge the frog legs in the flour, then shake off the excess. ≈ 3 min
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
  3. Place the legs in the skillet and let them brown, turning them halfway through cooking.
  4. Season with salt, then add the chopped garlic and parsley toward the end of cooking. ≈ 2 min
  5. Add the pepper only when serving, so it doesn’t heat up and turn bitter. ≈ 2 min
