Fried salmon with sweet and sour ginger pepper sauce
A truly impressive Vietnamese dish: crispy salmon cubes, coated in a sweet and sour sauce made with lime, ginger, onion, bell pepper, tomato, and celery.
Salmon is a bit more expensive, but according to Vietnamese recipes, it occasionally elevates a family meal. When fried in a pan, it is coated in a sweet and sour sauce made with tapioca, and contains barely cooked vegetables.
