Directions
- Season the meat, dredge it in flour, and cook it in a pan over high heat. Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a pot.
- In the same pan with the remaining oil paint, add the onion, garlic, and tomatoes, then add the butter. Add water and salt, and incorporate everything into the meat in the pot, or transfer it to a Chinese wok.
- You can combine this sauce with cooked mushrooms or olive oil, or with dried porcini mushrooms (after softening them). ≈ 4 min
