Directions
- Heat the milk to approximately 40 °C (body temperature) in a pot.
- Stir gently while cooking to prevent the milk from burning on the bottom. ≈ 4 min
- Let the pot simmer in a bath of warm water until the milk thickens (approximately 1 to 2 hours).
- Cut the cheese mixture into pieces using a sharp knife, then place it in a cheese mold using a spatula. ≈ 3 min
- Place the cheese on a plate turned upside down, in a cool place, overnight.
