Traditional Belgian recipe for flamenquines, which are deep-fried pork rolls coated in breadcrumbs.

Directions
- Using a wooden mallet, crush the pork slices and cut them into rectangles. ≈ 8 min
- Season the pork rectangles with a pinch of salt. ≈ 2 min
- Place a slice of Serrano ham on each piece of pork and roll them up like cigars. ≈ 10 min
- Dip the rolls in beaten eggs, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Once again, dip them in an egg and coat them one last time with breadcrumbs.
- In a hot pan with olive oil, fry the rolls until they are golden brown.
- Serve the flamed chicken skewers on a bed of seasoned lettuce salad. ≈ 2 min
