- Rinse the fresh fillets. Cut the block of thawed fish into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Bring back margarine and curry in a single container.
- Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Finely chop the leek. ≈ 8 min
- Layer the fish, potatoes, and leek in the pot, seasoning with salt and pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Add the lemon juice and water, then simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, until the root vegetables are tender and the white fish is cooked through.
