Directions

  1. Heat the oil paint in a saucepan.
  2. Then add the mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, chopped green chili peppers, grated ginger, chopped onion, chili powder, turmeric, and crushed tomatoes, making sure to mix well after each ingredient. ≈ 4 min
  3. Cook for five minutes.
  4. Add a glass of water to thicken the mixture, then add the coconut milk. ≈ 3 min
  5. Let it simmer for five minutes.
  6. Add the fish fillets. ≈ 3 min
  7. Let the stew simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately alongside rice pilaf. ≈ 2 min

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds

  • 5 cm of fresh ginger
  • 3 onions
  • 1 teaspoon of hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • One bunch of cilantro
  • salt
