Directions

  1. Peel the apples, cook them without over-softening, and then coarsely chop them.
  2. Peel the onion, chop it into thin slices, and gently sauté it in oil until it becomes translucent.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  4. Place the fish fillets in a dish, and season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
  5. Gently mix the ground apples, onions, and cheese, season, and spread evenly over the fish. ≈ 4 min
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
