Directions
- Prepare the bacon by wiping it with salted water, then rinse it under cold water and allow it to dry completely. Cut it into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Rinse the fish and pat it dry. Season it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the bacon until it is golden brown. Add the chopped parsley and cook for a few more seconds.
- Add the fish to the pot, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Cover with water and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add the bacon and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley. ≈ 2 min
