Directions
- Arrange the fig leaves in a large pot, allowing some of the leaves to extend beyond the edges. ≈ 3 min
- Slice 1 onion and arrange it in the bottom of the pan. ≈ 8 min
- Spread half of the anchovies (without bones) over the onions. ≈ 4 min
- Peel the tomato and remove the seeds, then chop it into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Dice the second onion, rub it with salt, and mix it with the tomatoes in a bowl. ≈ 8 min
- Add the finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and thyme, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Spread this mixture over the anchovies, then cover with the remaining anchovies. ≈ 4 min
- Water with olive oil. ≈ 3 min
- Fold the fig leaves inwards to completely cover the fish. ≈ 3 min
- Pour each serving, pour half a glass of water into the pot and let it simmer over low heat. Serve.
