Directions
- In a two-handled pan, traditionally used for paella, heat the oil in which the cleaned and washed shrimp and mussels will be added.
- Season everything with salt and then fry.
- Once the cooking is complete, remove the fish and set it aside. ≈ 3 min
- Take the frog legs and fry them in the same pan with the tomato sauce.
- Mix with a wooden spoon, then pour in the fish broth, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Next, add the vermicelli, cooking them for 3 minutes along with the saffron, shrimp, and mussels.
- Continue to cook over low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.
- Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
