Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cumin, onion, milk, parsley, pepper, and egg. ≈ 4 min
- Form small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, roughly the size of a large marble. ≈ 10 min
- Fry them in a bath of oil paint.
- Remove them and drain them. ≈ 2 min
- In a lightly oiled pan, melt the cheese.
- Add the chopped chili peppers with their juice, the taco seasoning mix, and 180 ml of water, until the cheese is melted. ≈ 3 min
- Add the meatballs to the pan.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Stir until the meatballs have absorbed the sauce. ≈ 4 min
